The bag is done!

So, I finally finished the bag...came out pretty good...it's been a while since I got back on the sewing machine..but it all comes back quickly. Here are a few shots..



The outer blue pocket has a liner of green polka dot print


The inside of the bag with open side panel pockets and a zip pocket. I have never done a zip pocket before, so I was pretty psyched when it turned out right (albeit on the second try and at the risk of running short of fabric)


The inside(and outside) has a quilted star pattern




Front view..you can see the stars on the front pocket.

    I went to staples and bought poster board..cut out templates of different size stars and then I use the marking pen to draw them on and then iron them off...it's a fun more youthful print, you know?
