Photo Op....

Well, here they are, as promised.  These are the pics that we got the other day when we went to the mall.  The kids were so good, especially with Lucas feeling under the weather.

We even got a few good ones of all of us.

Cookies!

We are finally all feeling better!  Thank goodness!  As a celebratory treat, I bought snowman cookies at Stew's to make with the kids.  Perfect kind of cookies to make with kids this age.

All ready to go in the oven!

They're ready!

Enjoying the treats.

Yum!

We are getting over a cold and we are almost all on the mend.  Thankfully, Christina makes a killer chicken soup.  The twins love it and eat it willingly!

Picture Day!

Today we were off to the Danbury Mall to get some portraits taken...stayed tuned!  They turned out GREAT!
Afterwards, we went over the carousel for  a ride.  We are all feeling a bit under the weather, but especially Lucas.  After the pictures, he was pretty beat and very low key about riding on the carousel.

All ready to go!

He looks thrilled...can't you tell?

Sprits were lifted after some food....

My phone fell in some water last night and it is currently dead.  I am not too sure if what I had on the phone can be recovered.  If not, it just means I lost some cute video and photos of the kids.  Until then, these will have to do.....

Old Friends

Felix's mother's friend Fabiola was in town.  She is an old friend from Cuba (the two used to teach together back in Cuba).  We went down to Jersey yesterday to see her and spend some time with the family.

Look at all those silly bands!

RMA Party

Reproductive Medical Associates (the practice where I underwent IVF) had a party tonight for all the families they have helped have children.  They rented out the Stepping Stones Museum in Norwalk and  it was quite the event!
The museum was PACKED.  Hundreds of children were there.  It was amazing to see so many families there and to realize that RMA had helped all these people have all those children!

Eating dinner with Claire (my friend Sarah's daughter)

There were two great balloon guys there...they made ladybug bracelet balloons for the twins...thinking of them for their birthday next year....maybe.

More fun with Claire (and her brother Alex joined in this time)

It was a great night and brought back so many memories to see all the doctors and nurses who were so genuinely happy to see everyone.  We owe a lot to RMA....more than words can express.

Halloween...

These photos are a bit delayed in their release..but its been a hectic week.   The town of Norwalk tried to "cancel" Halloween by putting out a recommendation that parents keep their kids indoors due to storm damage.  But in our neighborhood everything was fine and we all decided to go out and trick or treat.  There was a bit of an upoar in parts of the city with people saying that trick or treaters were in defiance of the mayors "recommendation" but houses welcomed our cow and pig duo with warm greetings.

We got a package from Nana with chocolate Halloween lollipops in it!  Yum!

Thanks Nana!
