Christmas Part 3

Yes..the holiday continues.  At around 1 am, Felix and I started laying out the gifts.  Liliana and Lucas' are in the back (different wrapping paper than the rest of course because Santa wrapped those!)

Christmas Part 2

On Tuesday, it was up to Newtown to see Christie and Pete and family once again.  We had planned this brunch before we planned the get together with Vicki and the girls at my house.  And so we just decided to still do it...more family time.

After brunch at Pete's house, we headed to church for a children's Christmas service.  It was really nice and well done.  There's Lucas in the front row (on the right) with his hand in the air.

Felix and I got a sitter and headed down for midnight mass much later.  Two years in a row now we have been treated to walking to and from mass with fresh new snow on the ground on Christmas Eve...nice!

Christmas Part 1

Christmas started early with our clan.  On Saturday night Vicki and the girls arrived and everyone came over on Sunday for some early holiday fun..

Here are all the stuffed shells I prepared ahead of time before I made the dishes.

An Early Valentine

Liliana came home the other day saying she started a valentine for me in school and she needed to finish it.  She is very into letters and words these days.  I find myself spelling numerous words each day for her to write.  

In case you can't read it, it says "I love my mommy for valentines day.  Liliana"

A quiet Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was very quiet this year.  The kids were up in time to catch the parade.  They were VERY excited this year for the parade. 

They then wanted to paint an egg carton.  Not too sure what that was about, but it passed the time.
